A walk in the park

It was a beautiful day today. Not too hot, a little breezy. Perfect. I went for a walk in the park after dinner and pushed myself to walk a little harder and faster and further. It felt good. No, it felt great! That's how it is with the Kelly Rae Roberts ecourse, Flying Lessons I'm taking ( I spoke about it in the previous post). I push myself a little harder, learn something new, feel good about it, move onto the next thing, and so on and so on...... Life is good for so many reasons.

I have been working with Stacey Curnow, a Life Coach who has the blog Midwife for Your Life http://www.staceycurnow.com/blog/ , for 4 months now and I have to say that the experience has changed my life. She is so supportive, encouraging and right on with her advice and suggestions that I don't know how I got by without her for so long. Plus she sends wonderful gifts. She's a gem! Thank you Stacey for helping to make my life so much better and for reminding me to "Live Imperfectly with Great Delight"

Hello dear Liz!

Thanks so much for sharing your appreciation for me! Big smile!

Just like your beautiful art work (could you be any more talented in any more mediums?!?), you bring so much awareness, authenticity, courage and HEART to this work of art that is your LIFE!

Thanks SO much for sharing it with me! Here's to even more joy on the journey! Take wonderful care, s

Thanks Stacey, Your words mean so much to me and bring a tear to my eyes and get me all choked up. Every time I see the word courage I forget that I picked it as my word for the year and end up living it almost every day without realizing it!

Yes, your intention is that powerful! YOU are that powerful! But maybe you could put a few sticky notes with "I live courage every day." around your home to remind you of that.:-) Now go to sleep and wake rested and refreshed and ready for another awesome day! :-)

Hi Kerri, Thanks so much! I checked out your website and your music and love it! I've been writing songs also and plan to start recording them soon.

Hi Stacey, I'm thinking of getting a tattoo (the fake kind) that says courage. That way I'll be reminded daily!
